This system provides a permanent record of Moisture and Dryer Control data. Simple reporting is also provided. The system communicates with the DRYCOM units via RS485 utilising the advanced communications features offered by DRYCOM. The system can be easily expanded to a full Factory Wiazard system.
Factory Wizard – Base System
This system provides a permanent record of Factory Plant and Production Data. The Factory Wizard system has been designed in consultation with users — the result is a flexible production tool which provides managers with vital production and processing infromation. It has the ability to Monitor and record all plant variables and can be easily expanded. The Base system accepts up to 16 inputs (temperatures, valve position, humidity, product moisture, machine running etc).
